I AM SO EXCITED!

Hello everyone!! I am elated that you are reading my 1st blog from my website! This is such an excting time for me as I step out on faith and continue to walk in my purpose.

My book, Becoming Comfortable In My Own Skin: The Journey To Loving Me, is scheduled for release on June 1, 2015. I am nervous, yet thrilled to share my story with the world. My only wish is to encourage someone who may be traveling a similar journey to my own. Sometimes we can be unsure of ourselves and our abilities to live a healthier lifestlye or pursue other aspirations in our lives. I am here to tell you that you CAN do it!! It may come easily or it may come with a struggle, but it can be accomplished.
